Prepress/Digital Printing Specialist
Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain a working understanding of basic printing theory, including digital imposition, trapping, overprinting, screen ruling/angles, dot/press gain, paper characteristics, pagination, ink density, ghosting, color space, gathering lip, foil stamping, embossing, die cutting and color theory. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

SR85Booklet Maker
Tr85 Trimmer
Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for meeting the client's print expectations of customer supplied files.
Must have knowledge of offset and digital printing; trapping and imposition software; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Word, Excel
Must be comfortable communicating with internal and external clients
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Must understand how to read and write in English
Must be able to determine optimal way to print files (for sheetfed offset and digital printing)Important to have strong organizational skills and an ability to perform under pressure
Minimum High School Diploma required
Knowledge of color management a plus
Comfort solving IT issues a plus
Understanding how to manage servers and workstations a plus
Salary will be based on experience

This is an outside sales position based for people who understand the hard work they put in is directly related to success that comes to them. We are seeking multiple sales professionals across the countries that are motivated to meet and exceed goals. The ideal candidate will be articulate, personable and not afraid of cold calls. A strong track record for opening and closing new business is a plus!
Responsibilities:
• Cold call potential adopters (40 - 50 a day) using blind sample lists, class schedules and other leads lists in order to close new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with instructors of schools programs and bookstore managers within an assigned territory.
• Achieve Sales Goal by selling books through strategic management of territory with use of appropriate selling skills
• Request exam and desk copies of OUP textbooks to be sent to professors as a precursor to sales calls.
• Ensuring that all major bookstores are serviced during rush periods.
• Track backorders and late adoptions carefully.
• Proactively increase product knowledge individually and through participation in all sales meetings or conference calls.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of successful publishing or other professional sales experience.
• Excellent communicationskills and telephone manner; superior organizational skills
• Live close to big cities which have big market for book sales
• Ability to work independently
• Some background in publishing is a plus
The position is non-employee and 100% commission plus annual bonus based.
